DadGames ("the App") is operated by Hot Case Heaven LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
DadGames is designed for adults (parents and caregivers). While the App provides game ideas and stories for children ages 1–12, the intended user of the App is the parent or caregiver, not the child.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Your child's age range, situation, name, saved games, and saved stories are stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own backend servers. All server-side processing is handled by Apple, RevenueCat, and Anthropic. We rely on Apple's built-in device security and encrypted HTTPS connections for all network requests.
DadGames is not directed at children. The App is designed for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The optional child's name feature is entered and controlled by the parent, stored locally, and used solely for story personalization.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

By downloading, installing, or using DadGames ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Hot Case Heaven LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
DadGames provides game ideas and AI-generated stories for parents and caregivers to use with children ages 1–12. The App includes a curated game library, AI-powered game suggestions ("Right Now"), and AI-generated personalized stories ("Stories").
The App is intended for adults (18 years or older). While the content is designed for use with children, the App itself is operated by the parent or caregiver.
You may use the App with limited features at no cost, including 3 personalized game suggestions per day.
Full access requires a paid subscription:
All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not directly handle your payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.
AI-generated game ideas and stories are suggestions, not professional advice. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be appropriate for every child or situation. You are responsible for reviewing content before using it with your child.
We design our AI prompts to produce age-appropriate, safe content. However, AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected results. If you encounter inappropriate content, please contact us.
AI features are subject to reasonable usage limits to ensure service quality. These limits are generous and will not affect normal use.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code; circumvent subscription requirements or usage limits; use AI features to generate harmful content; or resell or commercially exploit the App's content.
The App, its curated game library, design, and branding are the property of Hot Case Heaven LLC. AI-generated stories and game ideas are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not commercially publish or mass-distribute AI-generated content from the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hot Case Heaven LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and canceling any active subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
These Terms are between you and Hot Case Heaven LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
